  1. Replenishment of wood raw materials : 2 days
  2. Combustion process : 7 days. With capacity furnance 1,5 – 2 tons
  3. Furnace cooling : 3 days
  4. Raw material filling process
  5. Charcoal cooling : 3 days
  6. Sortir, cutting and packing for 1 container : 7 days
  7. After the charcoal has cooled,the next process is sorting, cutting and packing. 
    And separates the bad combustion product 
  8. Packing into bag for size 5- 12 cm for export(weight per bag 20 kg) 
    Under 5 cm packing into bag for lokal(weight per bag 20 – 30 kg) 
  9. Stuffing Process : 
    For 1 container the filling process takes 6 hour 
  10. Delivery to buyer : 
    By shipping line ittakes 28 days
